Align By Design (ABD) was founded by Sirisha and Harish, life partners and co-creators of frameworks that help ambitious companies scale with clarity and alignment. What began as a collaboration between Sirisha’s expertise in helping founders articulate their company’s DNA and Harish’s experience at Choose To Thinq, where he helped leaders reinforce values and culture at scale, has evolved into a dedicated practice to bridge the Think–Say–Do gaps that limit growth.
