Align Executive Support Services

As a team member of Partners in Ministry, I primarily offer Professional Pastoral Supervision. Supervision involves regular sessions that provide people in ministry (not necessarily in a church) with a context to openly express and wrestle with significant issues that they generally do not have the opportunity or safety to reflect on (but really should). Pastoral Supervision offers a restorative aspect to maintain wellbeing, a formative aspect to maintain growth and learning, and a normative aspect to maintain alignment to values and standards. The Supervision process and relationship help facilitate insight and awareness that we need to keep us authentic, passionate, humble, courageous, accountable, healthy, maturing, learning, creative, professional and safe. In today’s leadership climate, this kind of personal support is best practice for healthy individuals and organisations, and an essential resource that enables us to be the leaders we aspire to be and that others need us to be.
