We go beyond traditional lending by helping you size and structure your capital stack, and regularly work with local governmental agencies and low-income tax credit partners. We provide tax-exempt financing nationally and our balance sheet financing is available for development and existing projects, with a minimum of 20% affordable unit count at 50% area median income.
