We want to help as many people as possible to reclaim and maintain their highest level of health. Which is also why we started The Health Fundamentals Podcast. The purpose and mission of Health Fundamentals is to get back to the basics. We believe that the highest levels of health will be achieved when: 1. We understand the truth that health comes from the inside. Our approach towards health is one of simplicity and consistency. Our bodies are functioning correctly both mechanically and chemically. We are mentally, emotionally and spiritually "in-tune". And 5. We are fueling ourselves properly. Anything more or less than this missing the mark.
