Align Racing Uia

Align Racing UiA is a Norwegian Formula Student team based at the University of Agder. Since our founding in 2017, we’ve been committed to designing, building, and racing electric formula cars as part of Formula Student: the world’s largest engineering competition for students. Our non-profit organization operates like a professional company, providing students with hands-on, real-world experience in a variety of fields. We bring together students from engineering, business, marketing, logistics, design, and more, all collaborating to drive innovation and excellence in both technical and organizational aspects. Each year, we take on the full product development cycle, from concept and design to manufacturing, testing, and competition. We travel across Europe to compete in several Formula Student events, where we put our cars and skills to the test against teams from all over the world. In addition to the technical challenges, our team handles sponsorships, financial planning, marketing, and project coordination, giving our members a comprehensive understanding of how large-scale projects are managed in a professional environment. For all of this to be possible, we rely on valuable partnerships with companies both nationally and internationally. These collaborations provide us with the resources, expertise, and support needed to push the boundaries of innovation and create high-quality race cars.
