Align With Nafs is a wellness company that focuses on delivering full-scope holistic services, such as meditation, mindfulness, nutrition, fitness, breathwork, as well as shamanic tools such as shadow work and energy healing, to high performing individuals. Our mission is to provide the tools, services, workshops and courses to help people holistically embody their happiest, healthiest, and most authentic selves. Through a trauma-informed approach, we create a safe environment for our community to unravel conditioning of the modern world in order to help them get back in tune with the innate wisdom of the body and soul. By helping them balance their mental, emotional, physical and spiritual energies, we can support individuals in navigating and consciously create and sustain a life they love in a healthy and mindful way.
