Dr. Mary Shippy For the past 30 years, Mary has worked for many diverse and niche organizations throughout the U.S. Over the last 15 years, she has worked with senior executives in U.S, Europe, Australia, and Africa. Prior to that, she held senior positions within several organizations, including director of human resources and director of executive and organizational development. Mary also served as a senior consultant for a leading provider of management consulting, investment banking, and research to the engineering and construction industry, managing its signature coaching program.
