Alimentary was founded by Alison Wright, who retrained as a nutritionist after finally making the connection between what you eat and how you feel! With over 20 years in corporate management and manufacturing, Alison is living proof that it is never too late to turn things around. Content is aimed to provide participants with the tools and information required to start making better health and nutritional choices for themselves.
