ALIS Architecture is a multi-disciplinary design firm focused on crafting spaces and experiences through timeless architecture. Our core value of creating quality and abundance in our environments and communities is achieved through attention to detail, ensuring that every project is designed and built to the highest standard. Our designs are curated to consider the unique needs and preferences of each client and site, and we work closely with project stakeholders to ensure that the project vision is brought to life. ALIS Architecture is led by co-principals Isabel Hermann and Xander Tertychny, who each have over to a decade of experience in design and real estate fields with previous roles in leading teams through real estate acquisitions, feasibility studies, design, construction documentation, permitting, and construction management on both residential and commercial projects and developments. Outside of their design practice, they live in close harmony with nature.
