The composting process is totally managed in European standards. The area for production totals around m2. ALKE Composting Plant has the one of the highest phase 2 mushroom compost production capacity and also ALKE is the only phase 3 compost producer in Turkey. ALKE’s quality compost allows our growers to grow consistent crops with a fast growing cycle, ensuring better quality and maximum production. The process for composting is totally managed by computer systems.
