Alkova is a real estate developer and builder, with a concentration in urban redevelopment projects located in high-density cities in Northern New Jersey. Our mission is to develop impactful mixed-use, multifamily, and retail projects which are catalyst to stimulate historically under served neighborhoods. We pursue properties located in Transit Oriented and Central Business Districts, in proximity to Manhattan, and can deliver an integrated live, work, shop, play environment.
