All Belong Adhd Coaching

Hi, I’m Kat Sweeney (she/her) — a Queer, GenX, ADHD adult, Master Certified ADHD & Executive Function Coach, and still fueled by grit, humor, and rebellion. I help beautifully wired, neurodivergent humans calm the chaos, ditch the shame, and finally build strategies that actually work in real life. I know firsthand what it’s like to feel out of sync with a world built for neurotypical brains. Raising my now-adult ADHD kids, navigating my own ADHD, and working in queer and neurodivergent communities for decades showed me how much support, compassion, and creativity matter. That’s why my coaching is chaos-friendly, affirming, and rooted in authenticity, belonging, and compassion. I work with: Adults learning to manage ADHD without burning out Parents navigating life with wonderfully wild ADHD kids Entrepreneurs and creatives trying to keep big ideas organized and sustainable My clients come to me struggling with time management, focus, emotional regulation, and executive function overload. Together, we build practical tools and everyday wins that help them feel more focused, connected, and authentic AF in their If you’re ready for support that’s real, not rigid — let’s connect.
