All County Exteriors

All County Exteriors is a third-generation, family-owned exterior construction company proudly serving New Jersey, New York and eastern Pennsylvania for over 40 years. Founded in the early 1980s by Ray Marzarella Sr, All County began with a simple mission: do quality work, treat people right, and build a company that stands the test of time. Today, that same foundation continues to guide us as we’ve grown into a full-service exterior contractor serving homeowners, custom builders, and commercial clients. From roofing and siding to windows, doors, and complete exterior transformations, our team delivers craftsmanship backed by experience. We specialize in a wide range of materials including vinyl siding, cedar shake, James Hardie® fiber cement, cultured stone, Brave Roofing, GAF Roofing, TPO, EPDM and architectural metal systems—paired with expert installation and a commitment to getting every detail right. What sets us apart isn’t just what we do—it’s how we do it. We invest in our people, train our teams in-house, and maintain hands-on supervision on every job. Our customers know who’s on their project, what to expect, and that we stand behind our work with both manufacturer and workmanship warranties. Headquartered on our 14-acre farm in Lakewood New Jersey, All County operates across residential, new construction, and commercial divisions—bringing the same level of professionalism, communication, and accountability to every project. Over four decades later, we’re still built on the same principles: show up, follow through, and deliver work we’re proud to put our name on.
