All Prime Pumps

The position being offered is that of National Sales Manager – All Prime Pumps Division. Since this position is not location dependent, you will work out of your home, supporting and promoting the All Prime sales effort. Your area of responsibility will include all of the sales territories in the United States and Canada. You will have a unique opportunity to influence and participate in the growth and success of the All Prime Division in the coming years. The scope and the responsibilities of this position are (but not limited to) the following: • Recruit, hire, manage, and train distributor channel partners to cover territory for the Industrial and Municipal markets. • Develop and direct an organized sales program to promote All Prime products in the above mentioned market areas. The ultimate goal of this sales program is to increase All Prime’s market share in the geographic market area. • Develop and implement target account strategies. • Responsible for developing sales forecasts. • Coordinate product and sales training. • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with distributors through regular communication with their principals, sales managers and salespeople. • Travel regularly throughout the territories to work with distributors to call on End Users, CE’s, OEM’s, Developers, Contractors, other influencers, etc. • Represent Power & Pumps, Inc. with the utmost professional and ethical behavior. • Travel to job sites to trouble shoot issues that are particularly difficult. • Travel to job sites where it is in AP’s best interest to be present for the start up.
