All Pros was originally founded in 1994 as an electrical contracting company called Robert D. Irwin Electric. Over the years, All Pros grew in scope and services to include a wide range of contracting specialties in construction, renovation, and security. The company name was officially changed to All Pros in 2013 to better reflect the core services and business model. Today, the company’s full line of services includes electrical, plumbing, heating & cooling, masonry, carpentry & mechanical, painting, snow management, and home security. All Pros continues to serve a vast number of clients who’ve been loyal since the early years, while steadily developing new business through referrals and grassroots marketing efforts. All Pros maintains a modest managerial structure while competing with top providers in the core categories of operation. Awarded Best Electrical Contractor award of King of Prussia by the USCA in 2011, they’re an A+ rated member of the Better Business Bureau, and generous supporter of various local and international humanitarian organizations such as Philabundance, the Red Cross of America, and Catholic Charities Appeal. All Pros is also a key supporter of USA Wrestling and Conestoga School District.
