I am a registered career development professional with over 30 years experience working within the university and secondary education sectors. I know what how to get young people on the right track to career success and I have supported clients in the application process to be accepted for University and Degree Apprenticeships. Young people may not have a clear idea what they want to do for the rest of their lives, but students still need to be getting decent work experience, internships and developing their employability and my passion is advising and supporting our young people to achieve success in those areas. Parents are also a crucial component of this career path and transition from school to university or work. I support parents to understand what employability is and how they can coach and converse with their teen or recent graduate gently and with success.
