A Social Enterprise delivering real change to the lives of people living and working in Cumbria. Supported by Industry leaders, All Together Cumbria was formed as an innovative solution to help resolve Industry skills gaps that currently exist within Cumbria today and in the future. All Together Cumbria (ATC) is a Community Interest Company (CIC) and Social Enterprise formed with a Management Committee which includes Morgan Sindall Infrastructure, Inspira and Westlakes recruit. Our social enterprise re-invests back into the community to provide greater opportunity and access to employment. Through developing a unique partnership of organisations who are passionate about making visible social change, we are able to work together to determine the real needs of individuals, our community and industry so that we can identify and implement solutions to improve the lives of people living and working in Cumbria. We generate our revenue via our dedicated Recruitment Brokerage, working collaboratively through existing trading relationships and service level agreements to help businesses find the right person for their organisation. Our agency partners have a wealth of industry and geographical knowledge and experience enabling understanding of clients' needs and skill requirements, as well as how to provide ‘value added’ solutions to contracts. Each vacancy filled through our Recruitment Brokerage generates a retrospective rebate payment from our agency partners profit margin, which is then invested through our social impact strategy to enable us to deliver a more sustainable workforce for the future.
