Allanvale was established in 2007 by a group of business partners with extensive development experience, following their joint acquisition of land for development. Having started his career over 15 years ago with CALA homes, Principal Director Jim Kirkwood has subsequently worked for some of Scotland’s most prominent and successful developers.
