We offer everything from simple process design and safety compliance advice to the delivery of complex turnkey projects for craft & multi-national distilleries We are specialists in the Scotch Whisky Industry and to date have worked in more than 80 distilleries at home and overseas. Whether it’s Scotland, UK, Europe or the Far East, we can deliver any distilling project from grain intake through to bottling. We offer a suite of services to our clients and for existing processes we can analyse current practices and process performance and where appropriate propose solutions to improve yields, productivity, hygiene, safety and reduce costs. For new processes we can offer a complete design service following our robust internal procedures, or simply provide specialist process design, advice or 3D CAD drawing services to support specific requirements on any project. At Allen Associates we understand that one size definitely does not fit all. Every project is different and our team of highly skilled engineers relishes the challenge of finding, developing and implementing the most appropriate and effective bespoke solutions for our clients.
