January 1, 2022 We are excited to announce that Allen Partners, Inc. will now be operating as SuccessView Coaching and Consulting Group. Debbie Oberbillig started Allen Partners, Inc. in 2003 to recruit talented financial professionals in the advent of the new Sarbanes Oxley laws. Throughout its long tenure, Allen Partners has specialized in providing professional staff and management in finance, accounting, technology, and sales and provided a variety of additional services, including RPO and Contract Recruiting and targeted recruiting and interviewing training for internal recruiters and hiring managers. Debbie founded SuccessView Coaching and Consulting Group in 2012 to provide more focus toward the consulting and learning and development work created at Allen Partners, and to invest more time in her leadership and executive coaching practice.
