Allen Williams

I’m an artist, photographer and writer from New York. I have had exhibitions in art and have written and compiled books in poetry, theory and art. My mission is to influence the art scene to embrace the meaning of “cool.” Having been educated in some great schools, I feel education to be one of the most important things we can invest in. The more you learn the happier you will become, as I have experienced this firsthand. I always want to inspire people to be creative. It’s one of the best things to know intertextuality and to be able to apply it not only to literature but also to the visual arts as well. There are messages in all visual representation. For this, it means to be a sense of irony really. If I could express my story in one work, it would be in the abstract. We’re all growing and evolving constantly. This is one of the best ways to become a better person, and we do it without thinking. I’m honored to be a part of such a great community and also the arts as well.
