Allerding and Associates provide services for the implementation of planning projects from small scale domestic to large scale and complex residential, industry, infrastructure, commercial and mining projects. Collectively, the firm enjoys more than 60 years of experience in Town Planning in private practice, state and local government. We provide a strong negotiation focus to achieve implementation of projects and providing strategic advice to clients. The land development process is complex often involving multiple government agencies and our experience in high profile and often complex planning projects that have been delivered on the ground is testament to our expertise. As planners we often work in a collaborative team environment taking a central role in negotiations with government agencies and providing honest, objective and meaningful advice to clients at all stages of a project. Our experience across all sectors of planning has resulted in a strong statutory background, which draws upon practical application from private practice and former government experience. Due to our work within and for government, and specifically on high profile initiatives and legislation, our knowledge of systems, processes and statutory matters is significant and (importantly) current in the context of all our projects. Allerding and Associates has membership of the Planning Institute of Australia, are Certified Practising Planners and are on the WALGA Panel of Preferred Suppliers for Town Planning Consultancy Services.
