The purpose of setting up my coaching and consulting business is to empower women to power business. I work with individuals and organisations to ensure woman have the confidence, support and ability to thrive and deliver ongoing impact in business. From balancing motherhood, to dealing with perimenopause, I know first-hand just how difficult maintaining a career can be for women. I appreciate everyone’s experience, goals, and circumstances are different, while still being able to use my own personal experience to offer guidance and support through Executive Coaching. Working for a major brand like Sky Sports across multiple senior roles and different departments for over 17 years, I understand the common challenges, dynamics, and issues that women and businesses face.
