Alliance provides various Bullion Banking Services including Collateral Based Inventory Financing and Precious Metals Lending Services. Alliance's wholly owned subsidiary, Audentes, LLC, is a privately held Delaware limited liability company. Audentes was formed to expand, develop and host the cutting-edge financial software systems originally developed by its parent. These systems include TheOTCDesk System a true two-way, bid/ask web-based OTC dealing environment; and TheRackSales System a sell-side only version of TheOTCDesk System customized for Rack/Terminal sales of refined gasoline and diesel fuels.
