Provision of services regarding the planning, monitoring, communication, evaluation and processing of statistical data of projects. These services concern the following thematic areas: 1. Mental health of children, adolescent and adults 2. Prevention and combat of domestic violence along with the illegal human trafficking 3. Prevention, promotion and improvement of elderly health conditions along with healthy and active ageing. Emporowerment of people suffuring from chronic diseases in order to manage their own psycho-social and medical problems 5. Combat of poverty and social exclusion of vulnerable social groups 6. Social integration of vulnerable social groups, such as migrants and refugees. Establishment and operation of primary health care Units that will complement the primary health care netwoek in Greece 8. Establishment and operation of home-based care Units 9. Planning, management and monitoring of educational programmes, connected with the aforementioned units, along with the development and evolution of systemic thinking and science 10. Organization, management and mediation to all kinds of events, conferences, symposia, seminars, exhibitions related to the aforementioned thematic areas 11. Publication of periodicals, books, leaflet and any other printed material 12. Collaboration with public stakeholders, NGOs, Academic Foundations, and private sector’s actors, both in Greece and abroad. Participation in national and international fora 14. Foundation of a Family Justice Center, as a department of Family Justice Center Europe. Establishment and development of a volunteer network 16. Creation of digital material and a digital library to promote relevant research and to inform the public, decision-makers and other target groups on the Association’s activities and objectives.
