Alliance Holdings is not your typical investment firm. Our team can quickly evaluate complex and non-traditional investment opportunities across a wide variety of asset classes, including: private equity, real estate, intellectual property, and specialty financial assets. Our corporate structure allows us to creatively provide liquidity to owners of assets in inefficient tax situations. Furthermore, our private capital allows us to invest in a variety of industries, including vice industries (e.g. cannabis, firearms, tobacco, and adult). Finally, we are free to invest across the capital structure and in structured financial assets. We have no outside investors, and are 100% employee-owned through our unique ESOP corporate structure. We pride ourselves in our ability to structure mutually beneficial transactions. As a result, we are free to focus on people, partnerships, and generating long-term value.
