Alliance Recruiters

Alliance Recruiters is a full-service, woman-owned staffing firm serving venture capital and finance sectors in the San Francisco Bay Area. We place a range of candidates with special focus on executive and personal assistants, accountants, administrators, office managers and receptionists. We are proud to announce we have recently added a team of technical recruiters to better serve the needs of our clients. More than 95% of our clients and candidates are personally referred to us. We believe this is because we are devoted to making quality, long term matches which don't just impact hiring, but also corporate culture, job retention and company performance. We hold ourselves to the highest standards of integrity and honesty and work hard to find candidates who reflect the core principles of our company. We understand that chemistry and intangibles are absolutely vital for successful placements and take the time to meet with all our clients and candidates to grasp what you can't read on a job description or resume. Whether you are an individual seeking a new challenge, or an employer looking for a valuable team member, Alliance Recruiters is dedicated to helping you.
