Allies99 is a diverse, inclusive group of Stanford MBA99’s committed to action that creates meaningful advances in racial equity and justice within our workplaces, communities, and homes. Our mandate includes- Deepening our understanding of systemic racism and our role in it - Organizing frameworks that facilitate individual and collective action - Taking measurable actions of reform and inspiring fellow Stanford GSB alumni and others to do the same We are informed by a personal sense of urgency to address the persistence of gross, systemic racial inequity and the Stanford GSB’s mission to develop innovative, principled and insightful leaders who change the world.
