Asbestos surveying is a crucial process whether you are ensuring safety in the daily use of a building or preparing for refurbishment or even demolition. It is an essential starting point for anyone who has a duty to manage asbestos-containing materials. We offer a full range of HSG 264 compliant asbestos surveys and can assist with asbestos compliance management upon request. We also take individual or bulk samples to be sent to laboratories for analysis. We are a “Type C” Inspection Body accredited (No. 212) by UKAS to ISO/IEC 17020 which ensures our BOHS P402 certified surveyors carryout management, refurbishment and demolition surveys in accordance with HSG 264. Allium are able to supply the full suite of services within the asbestos remit and can perform air testing tasks from our fleet of mobile laboratories, as well as on site locations. Our team of trusted asbestos analysts all hold the BOHS P403 and P404 module proficiency certificates, and are trained under our in-house UKAS ISO 17025 accredited procedure for both Asbestos Air Sampling and Asbestos Fibre Counting.
