Our unique model combines the convenience of an Uber-like system for assigning officials to events with our accredited training program, creating a seamless ecosystem that effectively addresses the common challenges faced in the officiating industry. With an initial emphasis on basketball, we are actively tackling the shortage of officials while providing easy access to job opportunities, ensuring fair payment, and offering mentoring and development programs. In just three seasons, without any marketing efforts, our platform has successfully supplied over 1,250 events and assigned more than jobs to officials, boasting an impressive fulfillment rate of 95%. Moreover, we have qualified over 600 ROCs (Referee Officiating Certificates). As we expand nationally throughout the United Kingdom and venture into additional sports, we will leverage advanced features, including VR technology for referee assessment and an enhanced All-Prentice scheme.
