Since its inception in December 2007 it has been providing the imaging industry with leading brand named document scanners and document imaging software. As a value added distributor, Allscan was successful in securing the distributing rights for brand names such as Fujitsu, Panasonic, Visioneer, Canon and Xerox Scanners. A true distribution partner, our focus is on building sound long term, mutually beneficial relationships built on mutual trust and respect, with our customers. Our business model is completely different from other distributors because of our Consulting services offering. Allscan has been instrumental in setting up well functioning and measurable output driven, Document Management centres or departments within larger organizations. Our Intuitive Dashboard measures performance levels and throughput of each individual within the Document Management department to ensure accuracy and accountability, whilst maintaining full audit trails of each document, because in the words of Dr Deming “You cannot manage, what you cannot measure” Allscan’s goal is to exceed the expectations of every client by, firstly understanding our customer’s needs and secondly by keeping to traditional business principals of honesty, integrity and reliability.
