Alluma Tech is the North American marketing arm for Rocus International Corporation, Dba Neon Tech, the principal manufacturer located in Oceanside, CA. Alluma Tech was founded by Mike Nissen and Ray Starsiak, two well known industry veterans with a long history of pioneering technological innovation in the category. Alluma Tech’s primary focus is as the North American marketing arm for two lines of illuminated products; Neon Tech and Lite Tech. The company’s primary focus is developing and delivering new technologies for their client’s strategic marketing initiatives.
