Allure Resources offer a variety of Training, Health and Safety programs, as well as Project and Event Training facilitation. This is important when our clients must hire large volumes of workers. We feel by properly managing the training and on boarding/orientation processes we can limit the Indirect Costs and control the Budget that is often inadvertently neglected or not understood, including the costs of retraining and down time. Although our main focus is Training, we also offer Safety program development and implementation. Through our extensive network of Associates and Healthcare Professionals we are also able to offer Workers Compensation and Injury Consulting including: Historical cost recovery review, current Claims Management and Appeal preparation. We also offer Gap Analysis, audit readiness assessments and mentoring as well as field safety.
