We also draft and revise workplace contracts and policies, including policies on privacy, bullying and harassment, and human rights. For employees, we represent individuals in workplace disputes, assisting with contract review, dismissal (including constructive dismissal), accommodation and human rights issues, and negotiating employment contracts.
