Alma Architecture

ALMA Architecture was founded in 2013 by Adrienne McKinney in Center City Philadelphia. Together with Principal Mathew Huffman, they bring a combined 40 years of architectural practice and expertise. ALMA is proud to be a Women's Business Enterprise that provides full-scope architectural services across a diverse range of sectors, including private, commercial, and institutional projects throughout the Northeast United States. The scope of our projects includes programming, planning, and design of new buildings, and the thoughtful renovation of existing structures. By fostering a collaborative studio environment and engaging with our project teams, we invest in the collective ownership of the process of architecture. ALMA approaches each project with a thorough investigation into the needs of the client, as well as the opportunities and challenges of each individual project. Fortified by the depth of insight from our clients, stakeholders, consultants, builders, and communities, our innovative designs take form, growing in strength and detail through productive exploration and analysis. The results are dynamic architectural solutions, uniquely tailored for each built environment.
