Almaahed International

Almaahed pro international company is an educational center that works on developing quality education in a fun an empathetic way for children (+4 years) and adults. The team contains 7 administrative staff, 52 teachers including 4 full time. The Medea’s center offers 3 services: namely language courses, trainings and translation services. It provides a wholistic methodology that targets the development of the learner from a cognitive, behavioral and ethical competencies. Teachers set three types of objectives for each classroom; the cognitive objectives are set to develop the linguistic ability of the learner in addition to the cultural one. The behavioral objectives are set to develop the skills of the learner, mainly the soft skills like critical thinking, creative thinking, time management, teamwork, etc. The ethical objectives are set to help making a citizen of the world. It focuses on the development of values to allow the learner to fit in an international world and to face the world challenges. An example of that is harnessing the value of environment protection or tolerance and inclusion. The methods used to achieve those objectives are blended, fun and interactive. An example is asking students to work in teams in a master chef contest. They are given a precise time to prepare a meal from a given country while talking only in the language they are learning. That teaches them the language of cooking in addition to developing their skills of communication, teamwork and time management. Along that it opens them to the food and culture of other cultures. Almaahed has now two buildings in Medea with the capacity of more than students. The buildings are in two different regions of the city which allows it to respond to the high demand there is in the city and gets closer to people.
