Almas Construction was founded in 2008 as a spinoff from its predecessor organization. Combined the two entities have completed more than construction projects with a budgeted value of over Today, Almas maintains four primary business units: Commercial Construction; Mechanical (HVAC) Contracting; Storm Recovery; and Custom Residential (branded as James Nicholas Custom Builders). Our reach spans the eastern coast of the United States and our capabilities broadly cover all industry sectors. The Almas General Construction (GC) and Construction Management (CM) philosophies are to leverage our deep experience in the construction industry while representing our residential, developer, referral, corporate, and government clients. In doing so, we bridge the relationship of all stakeholders and work toward an open-communication and streamlined construction process. Our disciplined approach to material pricing, subcontractor bid review, change-order mitigation, relentless focus on proper scheduling, and setting aggressive yet achievable milestone objectives, allows us to achieve an on-time and on-budget project outcome for our clients. Our executive and project management teams provide for over 200 years of combined construction experience. Each team member brings a unique skillset and breadth of knowledge that compliments all phases and aspects required of a strong General Contractor or Construction Manager.
