Almega Business Consulting Limited (“Almega”) is an owner led business that provides financial services, HR and corporate governance solutions to SME’s. Almega has been has been in operation since 2011. Our financial services division helps companies that need to restructure their debt or refinance their debt from a fund. We also work with companies to enable them to choose the right debt product for their business and we have a working relationship with over 42 different providers in the Irish market. Our HR division ensures our clients are compliant with their legal requirements, providing support in relation to contracts, handbooks, incorporating all policies and procedures, the induction process and training requirements. We also provide support in relation to ongoing recruitment and retention of the staff, including the interview process, staff appraisals and talent retention. The focus of our corporate governance services is to ensure that a company is maximising the performance of its board. Support is provided in relation to the effectiveness and composition of the board, its compliance obligations and stakeholder mapping and communication. Assistance is also given in relation to the completion of shareholders agreements and family constitutions. We also work with a number of companies in a non-executive capacity on their board to help them drive their strategy and performance. We pride ourselves on working with the companies to allow them achieve their business objectives and supporting management teams to excel in their roles.
