Alox Technology Corporation until April 2020 was known as B Crystal Corporation. It was formed in 2014 as a subsidiary by BC Crystal Limited, SIA (parent company in Latvia, EU). This strategic decision to relocate sapphire manufacturing processes from Latvia to the state of Washington in the United States was made to optimize business production strategy and access broader markets. The sapphire processing remained in Riga, Latvia.
