With buyers, I help maximize “the deal” by focusing on appreciation and cashflow (Cap Rate or ROI). With Sellers, I sell quickly and above market because I provide in-depth analyses of the property I’m asked to list, and its comparables (much more than your average CMA) as well as point out minimal changes that add maximum value. I love working with international investors and out-of-state buyers who are happily surprised at the high Cap Rates and ROI’s offered in Orlando investment. The low price per square foot for homes as well as vacation and retirement communities in Orlando feeds into the buzz that’s causing properties to close more quickly, at higher prices, and leaving less inventory available on the market.
