We are a company that deals with Essential Skills. We don't believe in the term 'soft skills' at AIC - we know that effective communication, problem solving, team work and interpersonal skills are essential to education, business and life. Our services span both Public and Private Sector and our service include both individual and team development. We work in schools, family homes, within businesses and with charities. We specialise in the development of skills for neurodivergents, specifically those identifying as having an Autistic Spectrum Condition or related ways of thinking and processing. We work with businesses and organisations to become more accessible for individuals that work in unique ways; enabling them to recruit and retain amazing talent or to ensure these individuals are included in all areas of education and society.
