Founded in 2020, the Alpha Indigenous Group is a self-performing Aboriginal-owned integrated services provider dedicated to creating employment opportunities for Indigenous Australians. We have proudly partnered with the Alpha Facilities Group, a 30-year-old family-owned company with a nationwide presence. The Alpha Indigenous Group compliments this expertise by delivering smart and sustainable solutions in cleaning, traffic management, and property services. The Alpha Indigenous Group was established to create real and meaningful employment outcomes for Indigenous Australians. Through our lived, and professional experiences, we know that Indigenous people remain under-trained and under-employed in the cleaning, traffic management, and property services industries. With an incredibly strong Indigenous community engagement network, we have designed a tailor made Alpha Indigenous Training and Development program that aligns real training with real employment outcomes. This combined with our reputation as a smart and flexible services and labour provider has paved the way for us to provide excellent client services, at scale, balancing a close attention to detail and efficiency with excellent Indigenous employment outcomes.
