Alpha Obstacle Training

The first and only of its kind in Canada, Alpha Obstacle Training is an indoor training facility dedicated to the sport of obstacle course racing. Located in the heart of downtown Toronto, Alpha allows athletes to train regularly year round and during off season for races, such as Tough Mudder, Spartan Race, Mud Hero, The Warrior Dash, and others. Our facility is similar to a New York loft, with exposed brick and an open-concept design. Members can enjoy amenities including free parking, Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV (for the love of the game) and a coffee station- just to mention a few. Our heart and pride, featured in the 2013 Spartan Race, is Alpha's PremiumRig: an all-encompassing structure combining ring, monkey bar, rope stations and squat racks. There's an option to enter the rig straight from the monkey bars or via the peg board for an even greater challenge. We are also equipped with a turfed area for prowler workouts, Concept2 Indoor Rowers, Bosu balls, medicine balls, body bars, skipping ropes, kettle bells, battle ropes, and more!
