Through these troubled times we have managed to find success and grow as an independent office and help provide homes to many distressed home owners as well as first time buyers. Our strive for excellence helps continue to ensure that we do the best job that we can for our suppliers as well as provide a service to the home buyers of the community to which we are a part of. In the area of selling homes, we are skilled in the matters of: Broker Pricing Opinions, Property Preservation, Market Status', Relocation Assistance Programs (i.e CFK), utility turn-on/off, routine weekly inspections and general management of all assets within our control.
