We follow MIL-STD-105E approach which provide optimum quality. We also write Quality Policy, QA Manual, Vendor Manual implementation includes a “Mental Model” to assist the thinking process and guidance on strategy and planning for vendors. We also provide other services like auditing factory for compliance, CTPAT, Ethical practices. We also help vendors for sourcing right factories for them globally and manage production for them.
