Alpha Renaissance is an investment firm focused on investing in the Indian public markets. The firm has a presence in Singapore Mauritius and India with a research team based in Mumbai. We aim to generate superior risk-adjusted returns to our investors by investing in high quality Indian companies that are undergoing a transformation. From January 2020 through to the end June 2024 our actively managed fund delivered a 21% net IRR after fees and expenses in USD terms outperforming benchmark indices by a significant margin. Our team leverages deep investment expertise to conduct both qualitative and quantitative fundamental analysis. We identify companies poised for transformation and substantial value creation working with management teams to drive change and unlock value for shareholders. With a long-term orientation and an ownership mindset we target medium to long-term investments in market-leading companies with strong competitive advantages and sound corporate governance. We place a strong emphasis on risk management throughout the investment lifecycle.
