Alpha Seiko Plastics was founded in 2007 as a plastic moulding company. It grew since then into a One Stop, Full Assembly Supplier serving a wide range of industries and customers, locally and internationally. Our mission is to provide the highest overall value to our customers through extensive vertical integration. We created partnerships with many high quality supporting industrial companies that allow us to do so. Our mission is also to provide a vibrant and ethical workplace for our employees and allow them to develop their skills further. We fully comply with CSR rules and regulations. Of course injection moulding is at the core of our competence and we can produce virtually any plastic part, including micro parts, thin-wall parts, insert moulding and large components that require multiple shots. We have machines with clamping force that range from 20 to Tons, and mould any materials from typical commodity grade plastics to engineering, functional and structural grade materials in a variety of colors and formulations. Secondary process services we provide include ultrasonic welding, silk screening, hot stamping, pad printing, plating sub-assemblies, mould design and fabrication up to box build. Our manufacturing processes are semi-automated, which allows us to run a precise and efficient production with minimal overhead costs. We can therefore provide fast and cost effective manufacturing services to our customers without compromising on precision and quality.
