ESTD in 2013, is a Leading Custom Plastic Molding company (Injection, Injection Blow & Extrusion Blow Molding) on Long Island with the state of the art facility with over 80k square feet of built up area including Office, Production and Warehouse. AlphaMed manufactures HDPE Bottles, Closures (CT/CRC) & Jars of various sizes suitable for Pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Our product range has a wide variety of bottles (50cc-950cc) in both Heavy weights and regular, closures (33mm-89mm) and Jars (16oz-32oz). AlphaMed Bottles is being applauded by all our customers and are delighted with our Fully automatic plant, fast paced work environment, Clean room manufacturing area, knowledge on Pharmaceutical FDA guidelines, Engineering Technology, stringent quality procedures, consistent manufacturing, effective warehouse management with proven methodologies, just-in-time deliveries with a concept of Tailored Supply Chain derived for individual customers for every single shipment. All our products are Drug Master Filed and 80+% of our business is from Prescription drug manufacturers. Our Shop floor consists of brand new high end machinery with a wide variety of sizes over last 10+ years with a current capacity of more than 3 million units per day. All our lines are equipped to exceed or meet prescription drug maker’s requirements with top notch quality systems like high speed Vision systems, leak detectors, metal detectors etc. AlphaMed’s continuous growth strategy lead us to build a new custom facility (95k sft/50 ft high) on Long Island with a shop floor of 18k sq.ft and state of the art warehouse accommodating 8k+ pallet positions, meaning lesser lead times from order to supply, our new facility is operating since May 2018 and is equipped with silos holding a capacity of 400k LB of Raw materials and is being built bench marking the world class packaging manufacturing facilities.
