We provide evidence-based mental health therapy for athletes, individuals, children, and families navigating anxiety, OCD, trauma, depression, and performance-related stress. Our practice specializes in supporting: •Athletes experiencing anxiety, burnout, identity stress, or performance pressure •Individuals struggling with OCD, anxiety disorders, and mood concerns •Clients working through trauma and stress-related symptoms •Children and families through Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) Our approach is clinical, collaborative, and grounded in research-supported treatment models. Therapy is not about quick fixes or mindset slogans — it is about building sustainable skills for emotional regulation, psychological flexibility, and long-term functioning. We integrate evidence-based modalities such as: •Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) •Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) •Trauma-informed care •Developmentally appropriate family-based interventions For athlete clients, therapy focuses on mental health — not performance coaching — addressing concerns such as anxiety, confidence disruption, emotional regulation, injury-related stress, and transitions in sport. We work with clients across the lifespan and collaborate with coaches, medical providers, and families when appropriate to ensure ethical, coordinated care.
