Alt Co is a startup based in North Eastern India which explores alternate materiality, alternate means of production, alternate systems of consumption and alternate prospects of livelihood. We are looking to explore and reimagine new materials created from different raw resources from across the country. Promoting local jobs and livelihood, keeping environmental and social systems in mind while planning for mass production we hope to balance our existence by being conscientious of our correlation with the planet and it’s multiple cohabitants, humans and others alike.
